Porsche Aftersales
A new creative approach for Porsche Aftersales, designed to reflect the same level of care owners expect when they bring their vehicles in for service.
The project introduced a refined visual identity for aftersales communications, using luxury papers from GF Smith alongside black-on-black foil and transparent foil on white to elevate the customer experience. A restrained black-and-white look and feel was carried across all assets, making the communications tactile, considered and premium.
I was closely involved in a dedicated shoot to create a new set of imagery that treated genuine Porsche parts with the same care as the cars themselves. Using ‘Art of the Part’ photography and knolling-style compositions, the work highlighted precision, balance and attention to detail. This approach carried through into the owners’ film, where art direction and match cuts drew clear parallels between the care given to the car and the customer experience – from start to finish.
